2 Day Deep Analysis - Designed to get all the information we need to find out your level of real estate industry knowledge. Discover what level of TGGF’s process you’ll be starting at. Identifying your strengths and weaknesses so we know what areas to target for your 90-day growth.
28-Day Education Period - We begin on your paradigm shift from traditional real estate to non-traditional. Then we help you with your mindset shift to this new way of thinking. This is where you form your undefeated mind. Once you have your undefeated mind there isn’t anything that can get in the way of your success. In addition we will teach you the ins and outs of our contracts. These are the most important tools, therefore, it is important that you have a full understanding of each contract we use for our transactions.
30 Days of Negotiating & Exit Strategies - This. Is all about the art of Value-Based Negotiation. We negotiate not with how much money we have but with the value of the solutions we bring to the table. Knowing how to complete transactions that most people can't even imagine gives us a leg up on the competition. After learning the art of negotiation you'll transition to exit strategies where we make our money. The more exit strategies you know and understand the more doors that will open for you. You'll learn our process of always having a buyer for your properties.
30 Days to Cross the Finish Line - This time is where the rubber meets the road. You'll be taught our strategies of finding prospects, building your buyers list and building your team. These are the finishing touches to your investment machine. The effort you put in during the previous 60 days will show during these 30 days. The tools, contracts and concepts of The GoGetter Family will have you on the road to increasing your number of investment properties or acquiring your first property.

Step 4: Exit Strategies - How You Make Money and Scale
- Training on how we can buy the same way we sell.
- You are taught how to run the numbers on a deal and why cash flow is more important than a lump sum upfront.
- Thoroughly trained on our favorite exit strategy, the Lease Option. This is the strategy with the most control and least liability for us.
- You’ll learn the difference between renting and renting to own. You’ll get all the benefits of a landlord with none of the headaches.
- Taught how being creative can make you over $10k-$15k by simply shuffling papers on some transactions.

- TGGF Methodology of funneling the leads in order to optimize our time.

- Access to our affiliate business automation company for everything IT.
- Training to find, vet, hire, train & pay your scouts, inbound & outbound call takers/makers, appointment maker & team manager to oversee them & report back to you.
- Taught our system of KPI’s to fully integrate your systems.
- Final stage of scaling is to fully integrate your real estate investing business, coming up with new tactics to grow your new found plug & play investment company.
